The Year is 0003.
The planet Roachia is on the brink of a self-destructive Nuclear War between the Western Continent and the Powerful, Elusive East. The president of the West has been assassinated and her successor, shortly after being declared missing, was pronounced dead.
These violent acts of terror and blatant evil have been traced to the East, when one of those clever and important sciencey guys with keen observational skills discovered a pattern in a series of deaths connected to food poisoning in an Eastern-style buffet restaurant[Citation Needed].
The east, harboring a grandiose supply of petroleum marmalade beneath its surface remains off the scope of every radar and a looming threat as the tormented West tries to rebuild....
But it doesn't end there. A giant, enigmatic, floating Greenhouse is obscuring the sky, blocking out the sunlight and emitting sufficient polluting gases to heat up Roachia's Ozone layer to the point where the giant land masses become stressed out and moist with perspiration. This, in effect, speeds up what was once steady tectonic plate shifting to a point where land moves about as quickly and freely as motorboats.
Having no eyes and no senses, these land masses have no way of navigating and often violently collide with each other, making it impossible for geographers to draw out maps that will remain accurate for more than a couple minutes... And, with the North Pole huddling as close as possible to its sister in the South out of fear, determining cardinal directions is also an impossibility...
Who will rise up to bring order to this devastated world? Will it be you?
