no, actually.
when i was little our grandpa gave us chicks. when they grew up, they turned into fried chicken. there was also a time when our nanny brought home a bunch of stray kittens. my sister is allergic to them and my dad didn't like them so we have to get rid of them. there was also a time when we had an aquarium but it got a leak months after we got it so we have to get rid of that too. last year my great aunt gave us a pair of parakeets but stary cats ate them one night.
so you can say we're jinxed with pets.. but seriously i'd like to have one.
